Create

i can't imagine not having a creative nature deep within me.
i have been having fun playing around with my new texture file.
falling in love with the process of turning a photograph into art.
today i received my first canvas print from EasyCanvasPrints.
if you 'like' them on facebook, they will offer great sales.
i ordered an 11x14 wrapped canvas and total cost was $29 and change.
i am impressed! the color in just brilliant and it is well constructed. i will definitely order from them again.
then, my oldest son came home from school this afternoon wanting to straighten up my studio so he could do some painting.
i must say, since photography has grabbed me by the horns, i have been neglecting my studio. it's turned into a 'catch all' room. this is the first home i could ever have my own space in..and i've been neglecting that space.
so, when my 18 year old son was motivated to help me get the studio workable again, i hopped right out of my chair.
it's not everyday a teenage boy volunteers to help..
we must take advantage of that after all!
here are some of the textured photos i have been working on.

tomorrow, after a chores are done (maybe), i plan on making use of that organized studio, dusting off my paint brushes and starting to create some of my own textures!
so..stay tuned!

have a blessed evening!

  2. What fun old cameras to have. It's hard to do cores when I want to play!!!
