i love collecting old things. these are vintage clip on earrings, just loved the colors. and an old bingo card, i came across a stack of them one day at a flea market.

love photographing architecture AND peeling paint!

my little man brought me these daffodils on his walk home from the bus stop. thanks to nature and season change we are springing forward!
4)people
i love collecting old, vintage photographs. these are a few of the old tin types i have.
5)photographer's choice
if you saw my previous post, i attempted 'ink photography' this week with my photo bud. here are a few results. don't think we got it quite right. but i actually liked the results with a bit of editing.

ReplyDeleteOh I love how you put the earings on a bingo card - I did vintage earclips too! I also love your tin types of people and that ink photography is quite interesting, I've never heard of it before!

Yeah...I found your blog again! Phew! Now where do I start...the daffodils are simply beautiful...Little Man is so thoughtful! Vintage and words are so perfect...love the lighting in both of them. However, my favorite have to be the awesome ink pictures...wonder who's idea that was! Can't wait to capture with you again!

But I REALLY like your "words" shot (the textures are marvelous) and your "people" (I love the shadows!). Looking forward to seeing you next Sunday :) Keep your fingers crossed for good weather.
ReplyDeleteI really like the old tin photographs... I don't think I've ever come across these before. What a creative interpretation for People! Great ink photos, too. The swirls are so lovely.
ReplyDeleteEach and every one is just perfect for the props. I have many of my great grandmother's, grandmother's, and mom's old jewelry I don't know why I didn't think of them for the vintage prompt. And I LOVE the mason jar with flowers!
